Naturopathy The role of a Naturopath is to help you collate a picture of your whole health, drawing links between what does and doesn't work for you as an individual. We aim to discover the hidden causes of everyday ailments.

For example, common problems such as sinus and allergies can often be linked with a sensitive digestion. After treating sinus symptoms, supplementation to improve the lining of the gut can make a huge difference to allergies, making it harder for reactive food particles to enter the system before digestion properly breaks them down. Improving the gut lining will therefore lessen the burden on the immune system, often improving sinus, energy levels and mental cuarity.

When you first see a Naturopath, a full case history is taken to determine the strengths and weaknesses of your health. This involves questions regarding your medical history, diet, lifestyle and body functions. You are then given suggestions for your health, information on your condition and natural medicines to easily incorporate into your home life.

A Naturopath may help with:

  • digestive problems
  • allergies & sinus
  • detoxification
  • enhance sports performance & endurance
  • anxiety / depression
  • improved resistance to colds / flus
  • preconception planning
  • determine the best vitamins / supplements for your body
  • managing stress
  • nutritional advice
  • fatigue/ feeling 'not quite right'
